Vintage Polaroid Pi

I just got this today doesn't work fits a pi3 almost too perfect thinking of adding a webcam and a tft touch screen on the back. Thoughts, comments ?

Wrap it all round a battery https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2292

if you could get a thermal printer in there too, it would be like a real polaroid!!!
