BW Screen hidden menu

Hi all,
I was pushing my screen buttons at random and I got into some "debug" menu or so, where you could set default video input, there were some selections regarding color etc.
I accidentally closed that menu and now I'm not able to get into anymore (it just shows contrast, tint as usual)..

There were a lot if interesting feature...
someone knows how to reach it again?
