Also, you can get screen surrounds from kitchbent or hand held legend. They don't have the nice GBZ surround though, although kitch bent has black/grey/white 1.5mm bordered ones:

Ah I see that. Gooyes Retro Gaming, looks like they sell a decent amount of gameboy stuff on ebay or their website. Based out of the UK, i've never heard of them.
