I built me a MintyPi thanks for some great plans and a fun project. Its a pretty standard build but did put a one slight modification I added a head phone jack.
For the head phone I found these1/8 head phone plugs.
I was going to put the jack in the space for the Crystal and just put the crystal by the charger board since there was plenty of room there but goofed and drilled the whole opposite side so just ran with it and cut out the plastic notch since with this sorta filled its purpose. I cleared the plastic below this jack but not sure it was 100% needed seemed to have space before. I folded the tabs down and kept the solders as flat as possible and not too built up.
This jack has a mechanical switch aka when the jack is inserted it disconnects the speaker out left and right channels. So on this switch I bridged the left and right speaker audio out and ran one wire to the speaker and the ground from the headphone jack goes to the speaker and the USB card and I kept the left and right from the jack separate going to the sound card.
