Remix/Mash Up Theme (GBZ35 + Tronky Fran)
id like to thank RxBrad, Herb Fargus and Nils for their great themes, but most importantly sharing them with us..
and an even greater thank you for allowing me to mess up their great works and to share it with the community.....
now from the outset, i'm letting everyone know i'm as amateur as you can get... so i havent reinvented the wheel here (its a remix)
i liked the Tronky Fran theme, but its just not suited for our builds....
RxBrad GBZ35 is the best theme out there (and should be the number one choice) for the Gameboy builds...
so i've got the looks of Tronky Fran, with the practicality of the GBZ35.....
DOWNLOAD THEME
this is how the original Tronky Fran theme looks
now this theme is great for someone whos looking for something simple (i didn't originally do it to share it, just for my own use)...
so please bear that in mind (its done by an amateur)
i've not tested it with videos but they should work, but to be honest i think they're a bit of gimmick for these small composite screens (you can bearly see the box art properly) ....
if theres anything your not happy about, its best to choose the original GBZ35 theme (it cant be beaten)

I like it a lot...
...but I think there's something wrong with your Sega Genesis & TurboGrafx-16 logos. (USA! USA!)
And don't get me wrong. I'm only pretending to know what I'm doing with my themes..

thanks....
the lion share of the credit goes to RxBrad & Nils (the original creators of the individual themes)
it the V9 BW screen and the resolution is set to 320x240

Just installed the theme, i really like these nice backgrounds dude, however i noticed you both used genesis and megadrive, they're the same.
Outside the Eu it was called genesis, and here we called it megadrive, so i removed one of them.
But really thanks, i wanted to do something like you did and you saved me alot work, currently i'm busy altering some battery icons, you know where they are meant for

it was branded Genesis for the US markets...... it was Megadrive everywhere else, Japan and the rest of the world....
I actually had a Japanese Megarive imported when they were first released (which had a red front the same as the Genesis, unlike the white of the EU models)
the theme is using RxBrad GBZ theme as a base, which has a Genesis folder for people who want that to be displayed....
you just put your roms in which every system you want displayed....
theres no need to remove it, it doesnt conflict in anyway
NB: Also anyone wanting to display the US SNES, can go into the SNES folder and just rename the background (there two different backgrounds in the same folder)

Yeah okay, but since they are the same console i prefer to have them in one list, but indeed for u.s people can do it the other way around.
Did you make these images yourself or did you got them from the net somewhere?
