[WIP] Project RetroBoy; a custom CAD drawn Gameboy case
Re: [WIP] Project RetroBoy; a custom CAD drawn Gameboy case
Nice drawings. Are you going to release the files or you will only be selling finished case? Either way I am interested in this.

Ganreizu, is this still in the works? Can you give us an update?

Very impressed by your work. What CAD you are using? I tried by myself in Catia V5 but suffering to measure the original case.
I also modeled some brackets to get the GBA Cartridge reader in place but the 3D Printers here are a bit...not good.
If possible I would like to pick up your work and modify your model to my needs.
Im thinking also of a mod for using a Pi3 with fan or heatsink, need another grill for the fan then.
For the Battery Compartment it would be great to have the option to use pogo pins with a Standard Pack like http://www.mbuynow.com/samsung-i9100-ga ... p-844.html (from HolyHoo)
Again, great work. Im definitely in if you are bringing that case on the market.
By the way im located in China so maybe I can support for some component or 3D Printing service.

Is this project dead? Not trying to sound pushy, just curious

I would buy one of these for the next RetroPi. To have the correct slopes for the second set of buttons and the backbuttons, would be fantastisk And it looks great too.

ISP hasn't been seen in well over 2 months so it might be an indication that he's not going to answer any time soon. He used to frequent the Discord chat but hasn't been around there either.
