Re: Original size Gameboy screen for Gameboy Zero Project
So why don’t you use a 3,5” screen without cutting the case and just play with the overscan settings ?

Let me add the result of my low photoshop skills to VeteranGamer's example - this will look in this way:

So you can buy simple screen and set up the size of displayed area.

Ok, I understand everything and this is a good idea. I learned extra information. Thank you, but I don't want to cut Gameboy shell screw points. Therefore I want a fit screen.VeteranGamer wrote: ↑Sun Nov 19, 2017 2:26 amadjust the overscan settings in config....

Then your only real option is one of the SPI screens...HakanAu wrote: ↑Thu Nov 23, 2017 3:08 amOk, I understand everything and this is a good idea. I learned extra information. And I think you may only be able to get the 2.4" to fit without touching the screw posts...
I appreciate you've already said that not a route you wanna go down, but with what your requiring it's the only option...
Widen what your will to have and you'll have more options....
