Re: How do I make a splash screen
What you need :
- PC computer (or mac or linux)
- Video mixing software (like Adobe Premiere available for Mac and PC)
- material (images, sound, video clips...) whatever
You must start a new project preferably 800x600 or 640x480 or 320x200 NTSC mode to avoid black bands up and down to image.
You make your video, add effects and whatever.
You export it MP4 format (important)
You place your file into /home/pi/RetroPie/splashscreens/video/
and you read this to learn how to activate your own
https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Se ... lashscreen
Voila.

Re: How do I make a splash screen
I've used Windows Movie Maker (with some reasonable success)Comic N' Stuff wrote: ↑Sat Nov 04, 2017 8:54 pmI'm trying to figure out out how to make a splash screen for my Gameboy Zero please if someone knows can you tell me how, thanks.
http://www.windows-movie-maker.org/
its free and i find it really simple to use (i'm not that skilled on photoshop, after effects or similar)
some of the ones i've made using it (faily simple, but work for me).....
