Particularly bad when you run into issues etc and just wanna get home from work to fix and sort them

I'm in the middle of this phase right now and can only relate.

My work as a cancer/biology researcher can be frustrating, but making a Game Boy gives me my weekly dose of satisfaction. Solving a problem provides a very rewarding feeling on top of being able to escape the harsh reality of your present situation.

I know what you feel.
