powerboost 1000c problem

Post by jostie94 » Fri May 12, 2017 8:00 am

hi guys,
I'm almost done with my gbz project, I only have a problem with my powerboost.
The safe shutdown works perfectly (thanks @Camble) But when I connect my battery and charging port, the problems start.

When i connect the battery and switch on the safe shutdown, nothing happens.
I grabbed my multimeter and measured between the + and - of the battery on the ppowerboost and get an output of 0.5volt. :?
When the battery is not connected to the powerboost, I get an output of 3.6volt.
(NOTE: I removed the jst connector from the power boost to save some space and solderd the wires of he battery directly to the board)

I have done all the tests through the powerboost micro usb port.
When i try to use the original DMG power connector (Without battery) the raspberry pi turns on and start running the OS but after a few seconds everything resets and the pi starts up again from the begin.

I have no idea what I'm doing wrong ....
