Update:
I can hear the noise through the speaker but not actual sounds, I tried the force 3.5mm thing, but alsa says It's not even enabled.
As far as xonfig goes I have added the dtoverlay line.

how is your volume wheel wired up...

The speaker may be wired wrong as others have suggested (but you'd still get sound) or could be a dud...

I took the volume wheel out, because I wasn't sure about the wiring.. so now the filter is connected directly to the amp.

From the looks of your volume wheel, the 1st pin should be ground, I have the same wheel and had not issues before, hope this helps..

Your volume pot wiring is wrong, yes.

From the image the wiring should go (from left to right):

1 - Ground
2 - R In
3 - L In
4 - L Out
5 - R Out

Re-wire and report back!!

This is how I solved the problem:
First of all I disconnected the low lass filter and all wiring from the amp etc., then I connected the amps R- and R+ to a mono 3.5mm jack and plugged in my phone. The R+out and R- out were wired to the headphone jack and then on the speaker. I got sound output through the jack but still not through the speaker- That's because the speaker was 32ohm 0.5w and the amp outputs 3.7w at 30ohm! . So I was thinking and remembered that I have a cheap bluetooth wireless speaker I got on aliexpress about a year ago. I took it apart and removed the speaker from the enclosure and wired it to the headphone jack - and the speaker worked! All I did later was that I removed the 3.5mm jack that went to my phone connected the low pass filter back also the volume pot (Thanks Lphillimore again for telling me how to wire it properly) and I got sound output from the pi! I tweaked the sound in alsa mixer and now It's perfect!
