Hi, nice work! How will you set up the audio from the Pi0 to audio jack?

There is plenty information on getting audio from the Pi Zero.

However, I've realised by using the existing PCB, I've kind of left myself without an external speaker... for now.

I took the time to make my microSD cartridge yesterday. I tried to find a game which wasn't very good, but in excellent condition. Sorry Nigel...

I carved the hole from the back by hand. Took a fair bit of time, but I wanted it to be as precise as possible. The SD card adapter has been shaved down so the microSD card is flush with the outside of the cartridge. I'm very happy with the result.

Soldered the ribbon cable to the cartridge slot. Won't be long before I can test it on the Pi.

Not done much lately. Been waiting on a bunch of new parts.

As I wasn't happy with melting the plastic on the card reader, I re-wired the cartridge with thinner gauge wire. Much neater, and a more convenient pin-out.

And here's a mock-up of the new case, with the properly aligned buttons. Got there in the end.

I've finally got my power supply and audio amplifier. I've fixed the 320x240 display in the case.

After firing up the Pi for a test in the case, I've decided I'm actually quite happy with the quality of this screen and I'm not going to bother with a 640x480 panel. I'll probably still make a second GBZero out of the first case, but for now I'll concentrate on this one. The PowerBoost arrived yesterday too so I'll get that hooked up soon.

How did you manage to fit the screen plz ?
The board is going out the shell because the patch is too long

I used 1.5mm 3M mobile phone tape to fix the screen in place and folded the ribbon cable.
