Success! I was able to solder a tiny wire from that via to the regular pad. I just did a test and it worked perfectly. Thank you both so much for the help! If anyone in the future sees this post, I've include an image of the repair.

Thank you for replying, this gives me some hope. I am not the most experienced with a soldering iron, it looks pretty difficult to solder to this. Do you have any ideas for how I could solder to such a small point? Should I just find a wire small enough to fit through the hole? Any tips would be gre...
