Re: CS DPI Timings

"tvservice -s" says it's running at 0.0Hz, so that's not too useful. I'm not sure what standard commands might give a true refresh rate. I'm using OpenGL ES 2.0, directly using the BCM EGL implementation - similar to the samples you find in /opt/vc/src/hello_triangle2. In the main loop, I just count...

CS DPI Timings

Hey, I noticed while writing a game for my CS Lite (just for fun), the frame rate for the 320x240 display is actually set to 90Hz, instead of 60Hz. I don't know if this is on purpose or not, but I think I've been getting a better experience in emulated games since I changed the pixel clock to 2/3 of...

Re: SNES themed Kite's Circuit Sword Lite build with no glue or tape

Great idea Yawn! Nice work is there any chance you can design a bracket for a 640x480 screen? From what I’ve heard, there isn’t much room for a bracket once you’ve squeezed a 640x480 screen in the case. ;) Getting the bracket size and placement just right needs quite a lot of iterations, so until I...

Re: SNES themed Kite's Circuit Sword Lite build with no glue or tape

Looks like I should have read the whole thread..! Let me know Yawn if you want me to remove it, But I modified your design and added the extra buttons. STL attached I wouldn’t have posted the F3D files if I didn’t want people to modify them. :D Thanks for posting back the results. Hope you found the...

Re: SNES themed Kite's Circuit Sword Lite build with no glue or tape

You should be able to delete the bits you don’t want to print in your slicer... I used Slic3r PE, which seemed to give the best prints, but was a pig to use, and needed lots of tweaks to the settings. Otherwise, try Cura? If I have some time at the weekend I’ll try to split them up and post them. On...

Re: SNES themed Kite's Circuit Sword Lite build with no glue or tape

Was also thinking, what about having the screws on the sides? i know there is a bit of stuff on each side, but it looks like it would be possible to fit them in right near each post, facing out left and right. You know, I think you're right. Originally, I was going to rely on using the CS lite itse...

Could you share your STL files? :)
They’re attached to the first post. It’s one STL with everything included, but it’s easy to split that up in a the slicer.
