I try to upload the commandments on to my teensy but it says I have the 2.0 can I still use this one? If so can anyone walk me through the steps? Or do I have to order a teensy LC?

So I downloaded Arduino, the teensyduini and the zip file but it’s not working. Can anyone help? The teensy light blinks on and off but when I press the button like it tells me to the light just stops blinking. Any help would be appreciated.
