Re: ADS1015 Battery monitoring + Joystick connection
I'm in the same dilemma. I can't get the Helder board in the UK. Galaxy Gaming don't have it in stock, and like most other things from Helder, seem to very rarely have it in stock. Looking for an alternative which is readily available to power a RPi 3A+. Don't mind waiting the few weeks for it to tr...

Re: Game Boy 3 A+
@Dawilson123 Thanks! I haven't done anything special for the power circuitry (although maybe I should have?). Based on infinitLoop's reply, I may try to get a bigger PSU, perhaps the RetroPSU . It's actually the original PCB cut down for just the power switch. I wanted to use as little hot glue as ...

Re: Shell modifications question
Thanks for this link. Do you know if that would work with the V3 + add-on board ? My GB Shell took 1 month to be delivered, I don't want to mess it up :D that link is for the v2 board which has a component mounted in that spot, so, no, technically, you do not have to do that... really, there is no ...

Re: Help locating hand drill parts and sufficient wiring?
Adding my 2C, if you're soldering, buy an adjustable temperature soldering iron, a cradle, good quality 63/37 solder and no clean flux.
Also have a wet sponge nearby to clean the tip of the iron with.
Apply the flux on the board before soldering and it'll help get a good joint.

Re: New Custom Build
I got a lot done today. I tested the Rpi Zero and screen and they both work. I had previously tested the power supply / battery charging circuitry, so I already know that they work. I installed the screen in the front case half after a bit of fettling to get the LCD mount to clear the screen control...

GBZ Speaker
Is there a visual way of identifying the positive and negative terminals on the speaker or does it not matter? I searched and I'm getting mixed messages: The wiki seems to think it's important that you get the correct polarity: https://www.sudomod.com/wiki/index.php/Misc_guides#How_to_Test_for_Speak...
