Nice work! I was thinking of doing this same thing with mine. I do worry about that much hot glue on the RPi though, seems like it'd get pretty melty as you are playing games. Instead of the slide-around motion of the PSP stick, it actually tilts like a typical analog stick. The range of motion feels a bit small
