Re: Tackling Graceful Shutdowns on the GBZ
Ah ok, so it does not work the other way around (the ON pin keeps the Pololu off). Then I must have done something wrong, have to recheck everything.

Re: Tackling Graceful Shutdowns on the GBZ
I understood that so far. But how does the Pi turn on at first when there is no voltage on the ON pin of the pololu because the Pi is still off?

Re: Tackling Graceful Shutdowns on the GBZ
I tried to build this last night according to the instructions on Github. It did not work because I never got any voltage out of the Pololu. There were 5 V on VIN, the switch was in OFF position and I connected GND and SW with the GB switch. VOUT was 0 V, however. I then looked up the documentation ...

Re: What are you guys using for a screen cover?
I used the cover from my BW car screen. Also had the problem that I removed the complete bezel on the Gameboy shell. Therefore I used black aquarium silicone and glued the cover in from the inside. This also helped in covering the spots where I messed up the cover. It worked really well.

If you would like to order a batch of these boards, I would take one as well. I'm from Germany.

Re: Mounting the (non-Adafruit) screen upside down?
I have the BW screen and mounted it upside down. It was a very bad idea as the viewing angle is terrible from the side which is on the top normally.

Re: USB Hub for the Gameboy Zero
This one is great too, forgot who of the users is using this in their project but the board is small and no need to desolder any ports, you can just cut off the wires and solder them to your peripherals: http://www.amazon.com/4-port-4-Legged-Octopus-Design-Purple/dp/B002SEEC78/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qi...

Re: [FOR SALE] Common Ground Button PCBs (+X, Y, L1, L2, R1, R2) [WORLDWIDE]
I would like a cartridge breakout board (http://store.kitsch-bent.com/product/kk_gb_brkout), but they are sold out at the moment. Might also take a button PCB if the cartridge breakout becomes available again.sh4dow wrote:anyone from Germany here who want to split the shipping costs?
