Wall holder for Minty Pi

IMG_1875.JPG I have been making wall "shelves" for all my handheld units. Here is my Minty Pi version (with debossed logo). If anyone is interested, I have made units for the following and am willing to post the STLs. I don't have the time to make different debossed logos, so please don't ask :) Th...

Re: Kite's Circuit Sword Fan Mount, Joystick, and Back Buttons

I love these brackets. This may be obvious to others, but there were a couple things that had me stumped. Let me preface this with the fact that I haven't wired this up yet, but I DID check with a multi-meter. I had been planning on using only L1/R1. If you use all four, the bracket sits backwards i...

Re: How to connect via ssh over wifi to your Pi from desktop computer without attached screen, or keyboard, or even butt

SOLVED After MUCH searching, i ended up with the following for a wpa_supplicant.conf file. Connection works as expected. NOTE that I am connected to my main home network which is WPA2-PSK [AES]. I have not again tried the guest network, so I'm not sure what was happening there. update_config=1 netwo...

Re: How to connect via ssh over wifi to your Pi from desktop computer without attached screen, or keyboard, or even butt

I set up a guest network with no encryption. I can see the network, but it will not connect. It is running on 2.4GHz 802.11 b/g. I am selecting the network within retropi WiFi, so I can't be selecting the wrong ssid and there is no password to worry about. I have even tried connecting to 2 different...

Re: How to connect via ssh over wifi to your Pi from desktop computer without attached screen, or keyboard, or even butt

I have been trying to get this to work for almost 2 days. I found out today that once I insert the card into the CSO, the "ssh" and "wpa_supplicant.conf" files disappear. I verified that they are still there after ejecting from my computer (OSX 10.13.3, using terminal and vi to make the files) and r...

Re: My Kites Circuit Sword “KITANA” build

I like that position. I’m REALLY torn on where I want back buttons and what type. I hate to ask, but can you post a pic of that corner board from the inside? I can’t seem to get positioning to get the position where the power button aligns in the original slider without rubbing and the mode button i...

Re: My Kites Circuit Sword “KITANA” build

Very nice! I'm working on mine this weekend. I have 2 questions for you: 1- What did you do to 'fix' the short Mode Button? 2- How did you secure the corner board with that button and the power? My dry fit last night looked like it was floating in the corner. I'll second the ides for a CM3 area! I h...

Re: [Guide] Audio-/Headphone Jack Information Thread

Hi, I've been lurking in these forums for a while as I build my gameboy zero. I'm getting ready to work on sound. My DMG headphone jack seems to behave as alien0matic describes it. Perhaps there are indeed two different versions of the DMG jack. There are subtle differences between the tops (non-pi...
