ok guys I'm getting my build all made up and I want your opinions. I have my screen setup using a VGA to hdmi adapter. But should I just use the composite video to save space? Will the video actually take that much of a hit?

Hey everyone just getting my build together using this screen. My main question is on the controller board it has 2 5v and 2 ground connected to the power socket. Should I attach both to the Power Strip, or do I only need to use one? and which set if only one?
