The powering cable 20 AWG goes for the AIO, the RPi and also the screen? The screen default has very slim cable, I put 20 AWG too for the screen?
And what about the cable size of micro USB charger, 20 AWG too?

Why the screen is in the 3.3V pin and not in the 5V pin? Gearbest screen can be powered at 3.3V? My screen is another model.

Be careful with this! I found a guy that did a gameboy using the GPIO buttons instead of a teensy and because having GPIO handling the buttons and the audio, some buttons didn't work for him!
