Re: tinkerboy controller board is not working

Do you have pics of the wiring? Or any more information. Can't help without.

I like the cheaper price tag for sure. I've only built v1and v2 minty pi's. But I've always been happy with the features of the v2. I've never needed more than that.

Re: Spyder's Gameboy Pocket build (Gaboze Pocaio Round 2)

Those pogo pins are D+ and D- nothing to do with power. But usb data. Which wont affect anything. Not sure why the pi doesn't contact them though. Maybe you were supposed to remove the black sheath on the headers so the pi can slide down more? Also the pi is powered via gpio. I would have resoldered...

Re: Rodocop's 3rd GBZ [COMPLETE]

I'm curious: is it worth it to have case borders around the screen (and Gameboy Zero screen protector)? They partially cover the screen - is it ok? I think that image can be adjusted to fit the visible part, but seems that it will be distorted. We'll since you cut out the screen it would be nice to...

Re: [Guide] ili9341 SPI TFT Screen on Retropie

Hey all, I was reading this tread and I wanted to try it. I couldn't fine the exact screen he used, but later I found out that it just needed 9 pins and ili9341 driver. I was wondering if this one could work: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CZL6QIQ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A30QSGOJR8LMXA&psc...

Re: Glass screen covers

I don't know if you'll get much interest. Also, a 2-3mm border would be ideal if think. 1mm is pretty narrow.

Also as for text ones. Check handheld legend they have a nice one with "gameboy zero" lettering.

You can also request customs designs from jelly belly customs and bluish squirrel.

Re: TinkerBoy Game Boy Controller v2.1.01 Problem?

I've never used a tinkerboy board with the promicro like that. But you're certain those two wires running to pp22 and pp23 on the pi are D+ and D-? When looking at pro micro diagrams it doesn't list them as data pins. Shows them as RX and GND. I would confirm that, and try the method mentioned by ti...
