Re: Adjusting screen resolution in emulation station

Which screen are you using? The 320x240 screens tend to look a little fuzzy but I don't think there is a solution for that.

It would also help if you could post a picture of your screen displaying something. This makes it easier to get an idea of what you are talking about.

Re: Need some help... Pi act-led flickering and speaker noise

Could you provide some more info on how you wired your components together? Also, the flickering should be normal. That's just an indication that the pi is working. Does the screen and everything else turn on normally? I observe a similar noise in my build that appears to be coupled to the LED as we...

Re: Reducing pi zero power draw

Thanks for the link.
I tried the trick with deactivating the HDMI port but it apparently also turns off the composite output. At least in my case it turned off the screen.

Re: What games do you play?

As a huge Link to the Past fan I thought I'd try the the Zelda game that was released for GBA called The Minish Cap. Let me tell you it is awesome! I started it a couple of weeks ago and I am impressed by how fresh it feels and how much there is to explore. Also I definitely have to play through Cro...

Re: PotaTox's GBZ Build Log (WIP)

2. When I had it in a box, the yellow wire actually came loose from the pi (it was on the circle AV pad), but it still worked. So I guess I don't need the yellow wire? Usually the yellow cable is the signal + input and the white one is signal - . For the screen that I was using ( Link ) it was enou...

Re: m0rphman's GBZ [finished]

@Camble Well that sounds highly interesting :) Let me know when they are finished/ready to ship! @KaiKona808 I'm glad to provide some inspiration to you. Planning is definitely a very important part when putting something like this together. Although it's not as much fun as the actual soldering/drem...

I would suggest adding graceful shutdown for this great build.
Thanks for the suggestion.
I'll take a look at @Camble 's guide :)

Re: m0rphman's GBZ [finished]

Are you german? Because of the german links. (if so, hallo aus Bremen ;) ) Nice build, but where is the SD Card? I can´t see it anywhere. I am indeed German. Hallo aus Heidelberg :) Yeah you can hardly see the SD card. I marked it with a red circle here http://i.imgur.com/tFQdvTG.jpg If you want to...

Re: m0rphman's GBZ [finished]

Nice build! Can you tell me in details how you wired the Audio? I tested mine last night but I only got very low volume from the speaker and the headphones. Maybe it's because I didn't include the volume wheel yet but I just want to make sure my wiring is ok :) Sure, here you go http://i.imgur.com/...
