Re: New Mini USB hub for the RPI0 also provides Wifi

When he talks about a bluetooth connectivity with third usb port. When I add bluetooth to it how would I connect lets say wireless headphones to it because in emulation station I wouldnt have an area to sync? I wouldnt do it as the headphone jack would suffice and use a lot less juice but just wond...

Re: Wiring Schema

@3y3c0ugh I've wired up pretty much according to your picture above, you need to change the wiring to the power switch. the wires need to be on the other 2 contacts. When off, this basically needs the connection bridged in order for the powerboost to stay in OFF mode. when the connection is broken,...

Re: Share your GB's Labels

@afr0dysiak These are amazing, and the quality is so great as well! Thanks so much for sharing on the forum :) I had two attempts while I was making my GBZ, they are no where near the quality of yours, but borrowed the top logo for the second! http://i.imgur.com/KkYKnyR.jpg?1 http://i.imgur.com/nBly...

Re: 3y3c0ugh's GBZ Experience

Hi All, Managed to get a hold of a pi0 in a budget back for $20 and finished up the project! :). I really want to thank @wermy for everything he's done for all us and the help he's provided along the way (along with the idea as well  ) I had a lot of fun doing this and it was definitely an expe...

Re: Need some thoughts!

Just a thought... Can you temporarily disconnect the USB hub from the Pi0 and see if that's what's causing the flicker? If I'm not mistaken, you're also using the "octopus" hub that I used before and it seems the reviews are correct that this hub isn't reliable. I changed to another variant of this...

Need some thoughts!

Hi all, I've recently found a local store that had pi0's in a starter pack for $20 and picked one up. I finally wired everything together (very stupidly) without testing all my connections out. However, I did test the NiceShopping screen (blue board) with the MicroUSB breakout, which was running off...

Re: 3y3c0ugh's GBZ Experience

Perfect. Thanks for sharing. Your wiring diagram helped a lot. One question I do have is that since I'm using a pi 3, wonder if they share the same test points. :P. It's also nice to have wermy confirm it and why the power breakout board? I do believe they would have the same test points of PP14-PP...

I do have one question, did you wire anything to the 5v GPIO pin? Your screen didn't look wired into the Powerboost, as I only remember seeing one pair of black/red wiring going from your back case to front, which went into your breakout.

3y3c0ugh's GBZ Experience (Completed)

Hi all, Hope you find some helpful pictures that I've made and used along the way creating this project. Please feel free to ask any questions and I'll try to answer them if I can! For my build. I used SNES buttons, a BW niceshopping screen, and made some artwork for the cartridge. I used powerpoint...
