Which size has this PCB? Does it fit into a GameBoy game cartridge?
Looks very promising!

Re: [UPDATE] "Air duct" and "fan-mount" for kites circuit sword
Variant 2: Simple fan mount I designed a little bracket which can be used to attach the fan nicely (hopefully  ) to the CM of kites circuit sword. Then fan can be fastened with up to three M1 screws (I used the normal little "phillips head screws" from a 3rd party gameboy shell). To make it fi...

Re: [UPDATE] "Air duct" and "fan-mount" for kites circuit sword
Yes, that's what I was referring to. The modified one. Thanks for sharing. My local library has a 3D printer so I might try to get it printed up there. Please let me know if it works, then I will link it in the first post :) Soonish I will have access to a CircruitSword again, then I can test it my...

Re: [UPDATE] "Air duct" and "fan-mount" for kites circuit sword
Did I miss the updated stl file for the simple fan mount? You can find it in the first post... later I was talking about a version of the simple fan mount, which has a slightly different positioning to avoid a collision with the power switch bracket. So far it was never tested, but if you wanna be ...

Re: [UPDATE] "Air duct" and "fan-mount" for kites circuit sword
Ah I forgot to mention that when I used fusion 360 to transform the original STL to an editable model, it increased the size tenfold. scaling the object by 10% will solve this problem. I was able to figure out the scale by putting the older version in the slice and scaled down till it matched. I wi...

Re: [UPDATE] "Air duct" and "fan-mount" for kites circuit sword
For anybody using the simple fan bracket and is having issues fitting this fan bracket and the included switch PCB I have modified the STL file to accommodate for the switch PCB. While the airflow it not ideal, I was able to keep the CM3 under 60°C while running N64 Golden Eye so for me its adequat...

Re: Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+
Note that Raspberry Pi 3B+ does consume substantially more power than its predecessor. We strongly encourage you to use a high-quality 2.5A power supply, What about the Compute Module? CM1, CM3 and CM3L will continue to be available. We may offer versions of CM3 and CM3L with BCM2837B0 in due cours...

Re: [WIP] Fan/blower mount for kites circuit sword
I had to get one with more room. So I basicly combined AntFJ's grill with a blank I found earlier and came up something real quick. Looks amazing! Tonight I will release the STLs for the air duct and my version of the modified game cartridge. I simply added a mesh where usually the Nintendo logo is...

Re: [WIP] Fan/blower mount for kites circuit sword
Kinda wondering if there is ETA on the release of the files for the new brackets? Are you talking about the air-duct solution? Recently I was busy with some private stuff, but yesterday I found some time to continue. I was thinking about how the air could leave the case. Since I don't like to make ...
