Re: Painted 3D Parts?

I'm just finishing up on a shell I designed myself. I printed it in PETG, sanded it, then automotive body filler and JB Plastic Weld, followed by alternating high-fill primer and sanding until the lines disappeared. I hit it with a couple coats of spraypaint before pouring epoxy resin on it. It woul...

We're all spending hours of time and hundreds of dollars to make a portable gaming machine. Do you think we care about our belly fat?

Re: AIO 2.2 Extra Board Sale Thread [SOLD OUT]

So...how many are we talking about? I saw 50 boards sell out in four minutes. I held out two months to get a couple. Pretty soon it'll be better to buy these parts separately. ;) I don't mean to be rude, we all appreciate your work. There's just a huge demand for your product. "I don't mean to be r...

Re: AIO 2.2 Ectyra Board Sale Thread

Seriously? I thought I'd have more than three minutes to order the two I need.

I guess I still have a month to find another Christmas present for my kids.

Re: another "can this be transformed to 5v" thread

You can do what I did: clip off the yellow wire and solder it to a composite input, hook up your 5v out from the powerboost and ground and see if it displays an image. Make sure you use a good usb charger though, first time I tried with a lower quality one and it didn't power the display; I spent an...

Re: I want to start a GBZ project, but need some help

I ordered one of these to try out before dumping money on all the other parts: http://www.ebay.com/itm/361672717529?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT I found it easier to solder to than Kitch Bent's boards due to the larger spacing. I'm holding out for Helder's AIO board (as...
