Re: Alternative power supply help
I have this power supply connected to all my components in my build, I can post a picture of how i setup the switch and everything when I get home. Its not the prettiest but its what you get when you get a cheap power supply.

Re: Wii U Gamepad zero/gamepi project thread
So i noticed that on the gamepad there is a NFC reader that is normally used with Amiibos I was thinking of an idea where you can setup some NFC cards. And when u want to play a certain game you can scan the card and itll auto startup the game. Not sure how exactly it worked but my line of thinking ...

Re: Understanding a USB Hub
Could it be possible that the 2 wires going to the micro usb connector can be 2 for power or 2 for either data? if switch is Up lets say it just sends power but if the switch is down it just sends data and the host computer provides the power of some sort?
Kinda hard to explain my thinking sorry

Re: Best Way to Connect Cell Phone Battery?
Im using one of those kinds of batterys because I have a lot laying around. At first i just tried electrical tape and taping it and that didn't work. I agree with you that its not safe to solder the wires on. But I did that for mine anyways. I did notice i melted the plastic a bit but it worked and ...

Re: Alternative power supply help
Hello there, I got the same power supply and I'm wondering if anyone is using the three empty led pads. Couldn't find anything on the internet, except for a picture with a legend in Chinese that Google translates as "reserved discharge lamp interface". So maybe it's a 3 bar discharge indicator? Has...

I just soldered wires from there to the +/- spots on my battery The blue circle is for the power in from the USB. I'm using an external...

Re: Easy GB0 PCB
With that will you just be able to take a usb cable and wire it up to that PCB?
I know in the past you could buy one of those and then hook that up to a teensy or GPIO but not have a board that you can solder a USB cable to.

I having no knowledge on how this stuff is made or works was wondering how come it wouldn't be that simple when it comes to the custom stuff people a...
