Oh wow, I definitely would have killed that screen trying to solder those connections!

Is the datasheet that's in the instructables post the same as the one for your screen? Sometimes the pinouts are slightly different.

Ah excellent, have you used them yet? Does the pi zero run the screen fast enough? I don't mind setting up SPI, and it should save a tiny bit of space without the display driver board?

Hi! I have a Gameboy Pocket that I want to put a Pi Zero inside but am stuck trying to choose the screen. I don't think the 2.8" screen will fit within the GBP? The overall width of the circuit board unit is 86mm and the Pocket is only 75mm. Does anyone have another idea for a screen, or is there a ...
