Is there any solution to have a modded carthidge to act a usb drive, if the wiring go to the to USB on the pi but i cannot find any cart like that, did that one exist ?

Dear i would like to use the Card slot reader to put an sd card like these http://sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1323. And read file from there. Is this possible ? How can i do ? From the werny post is not clear for me what exactly is loaded from the card, is this the OS or the rom file. Than...
