Using a 2.2" TFT

Could somebody give me pointers on how to strip of the SD Card slot on the 2.2" screen?
And, for the premade OS, what is there to configure so that it workable with said screen?

So originally I wanted to make a build log but I couldn't keep it consistent and I'm waiting for my new soldering station to come. so I'll just leave this here for archival purposes (?)

The one USB port is taken up by the sound card. You'd have to find room for a USB hub AND a port!

Raspberry Entertainment Center ;)
You could solder the cartridge reader to the Pi SD Card test pads and make the SD Card Cartridge Reader like with the GBZ.
