I don't want to try again before i knew if that kind of tiny converter is able to power the screen in a native 12v without damaging...

To switch it into 5v, look at the wiki
Black to any ground, red on any 5v
Yellow in the tv hole on the pi, like on the first wermy s guide
White to anything, remove it

Arent those controllers USB port with nintendo plug? (it looks like)
