Thanks for that Kite, I think I understand now.... Correct me if I am wrong.... Primary SD card would be the one on the RPi3 and this would be used to have the Linux / ES / RetroPie in it. Secondary SD card would be the one on the SAIO board and this could be used to run additional ROM's in RetroPie...
