Swapping a Zero 2 in a Super AIO?

Surprised no one else has asked this so here goes.. Would it be possible to desolder the zero from my aio and hook up a new zero 2? I suspect it might also take some software tweaks from @kite to get the aio's features working? My saio came presoldered but looking through the soldering method it loo...

Re: Introducing - GBA SP Zero

This seems to have stalled doesn't it? Helder's website and Insta account seem to show nothing new regarding it?

Has anyone else tried to create a Pi equipped SP? I was hoping that kite might be working on one but there's nothing on his social accounts either. :(

Turning OFF save states?? Metroid insanity

I finally got round to playing Super Metroid last night but encountered a super annoying function of retroarch's hotkeys. Save state functions seem to be bound to Select + Left Trigger or a configuration similar. As I was playing the game, I accidentally pushed a combination which loaded a save stat...

Re: NODE Zero Terminal v3 could be cool with a controller add-on board

I always find it odd when people throw high resolution panels at sizes such as these. Especially when taking into account the zero's computing power too. There is just no need for it, imo. Just stick to something like a native 640x480 or lower. Lower prices, widely available, perfectly viable given ...

Re: Introducing - GBA SP Zero

How's this going now @Helder ? Do you have a clearer idea when a kit would be available to buy? An SP Zero would be a dream portable for me and I'm sure a lot of others!

Re: Super AIO - Updating to latest Retropie image?

Huge huge thanks for going to all the trouble of detailing that! :D I did an "update all installed packages" and selected 'NO' to anything regarding updating the kernal. The process threw up a few errors but completed and did seem to update Retroarch. It didn't solve my bug issue though unfortunatel...

Re: Super AIO - Updating to latest Retropie image?

I'm in need of doing this too. (I think Retroarch has a bug which is preventing game settings from saving.) Is there confirmation that updating works? The instructions above look a little daunting too. :? Is there a way to maybe streamline them a bit? I'm surprised that there isn't more interest in ...

Updating Retropie ok to do? Retroarch SNES video bugs

I've been doing a LOT of reading up on video settings, trying to understand how to set SNES emulation up properly on my aio from kite. Megadrive works flawlessly out of the gates due (I'm guessing) to its base resolution. I've finally found the SNES settings that work best for me. Which is setting t...

Re: Alter aspect ratio using kite's aio

Just thought I'd update this since I'm a little further on now. I've found out that I was altering the wrong config. Basically you should be using retroarch's config settings.

Re: Emulator set up

Thanks for that @LilTrublMakr that's an excellent guide.

Another way I use now is to type the ip address into a file explorer like this \\00.00.00.00 etc.
