Re: How To - Build the PRS-Tech SNES-Zero
@prerunnerseth or anybody, I'm about to start the project and looking at the PRS-Tech board. Are pins 1 and 3 supposed to be connected? It looked bridged so I tested it with my continuity tester and it beeped at me. Want to make sure before I solder on the pins. https://i.imgur.com/ljGPZ7w.jpg?1 Any...

Re: [Noob question] Which wires to use?
I saw a suggestion somewhere in the forum, can't remember where, to use the wire from a broken computer power supply. It's stranded wire so it's flexible, cat5 is solid so it has less give. If you don't have one, ask your company's IT staff if they can get one for you.

Re: Do I have everything I need?
Just as a warning, that orange dmg shell you picked out is not a solid color. You can see through it and see the parts. I have the same shell and I plan on painting the insides with the same shade orange. Good luck man, it's a lot of fun and take it step by step and test as you go!

Re: [For Sale] $5 Game Boy Zero Controller PCB W/ Optional Audio $14 (Worldwide)
Good news finally, I got an initial quote from the PCB manufacturer for assembled boards and to make the order happen I will likely need about 30 preorders. After I get the final quote I will open a new thread as this one is too big and information gets lost in it where people can pre order. If I g...

Re: Replacement power switch
I'm building christmas gameboys for my kids, I found cases with no internals which will work perfectly. Has anyone found a good replacement switch?, it's pretty wide and I'd like to find a good fit. I have just about everything else parted out, it's all these little odds and ends that are a pain :D...

Re: Replacement power switch
[*] I broke mine too. So I bought this one. It fits except you have to dremel the height of thr switch by a couple mm to fit properly into the case and the plastic flip switch button cover. Not hard to do. http://ebay.com/itm/301939610267 Which posts did you solder? All three (there's six total but...
