And now GPIO SHDN is "off" v "on". Not sure why that changed after powering off and on. And after turning it off one more time, I am now getting blinking lights red, then blue. OK - New card fixed it, but I still encountered the check-disk with the 4.4 version. I went back to the 4.3 version as that worked for me.
