By sheer chance, a bunch of the components I needed have landed in my lap, including a speaker, display and even a battery! Assuming everything fits, I think this is the kick I needed to get this project properly going again.

It's not really, I'm afraid. I haven't had a chance to order a screen yet, and I'm still deciding what to do about the PCB. I'll probably come back to it over the summer though!

What screen is that/where can I get one? Currently working on this exact project! It's just one of those standard 3.5" screens you can get from Adafruit for a lot of money, or pull one from a backup camera on Amazon, as shown in this thread . Stuck the display in today, fits like a charm! :D I had to trim around the edges a bit but no big deal. It fits perfectly between the two speaker housings. Hey guys, I have a question. I want to take this build, but put it inside the shell of a Nintendo DS Lite. The DS Lite screen size is approximately 3.8in, but I'm having trouble finding a screen component.

It's my first build - what should I be looking for?
