Of course, a self build GBZ is always better. But I have to say, the switch is a very fine piece of hardware

Is anyone interested in buying the battery cover with DieselDummy buttons? Works technically flawlessly. Just solder five cables and you are done.

I replaced the 320x480 screen two weeks later by a new 640x480 from kite and covered all the leds on th board with tape. If you are new to electronics, the cheap wires from a usb-cable are not good for you, you need to solder them very fast. You are melting the cable sheath. Use solder with flux.
