Re: Kite Circuit Sword CM3 Build - N64 Theme

man im really tempted to do this, i dont know how often id use the 6 buttons or joystick, but it seems like you could play everything. hesitant to go this way from the 4 front buttons and L and R I'd totally recommend it! There's no limits w/ this button layout, and since N64 & Genesis games are th...

Re: Kite Circuit Sword CM3 Build - N64 Theme

i’m curious how you mounted the joystick. i ordered hoolyhoos psp bracket but i am thinking about using the joycon sticks instead but am unsure of how to mount them. I just ended up using hot glue to mount it, like KonnorJ suggested. If you use enough, it will hold! You can use the glue's "cooldown...

Re: Kite Circuit Sword CM3 Build - N64 Theme

Nice work! How good is the screen? Ghosting/blurring? And what about the fan - is it audible when the little machine is running hot? Thank you! The screen is fantastic. It's very sharp and there's no blurring or ghosting. You can read small text pretty well with it too. It's much clearer than those...

Kite Circuit Sword CM3 Build - N64 Theme

I'm so happy to have this project finished! This is my 2nd GBZ project. My first one was a mess. I had no idea what I was doing and everything about it was wonky. This time, I equally had no idea what I was doing, but Kite's Circuit Sword allowed even a novice like me to put it together smoothly... ...

[FOR SALE] (PRICE CUT) Gameboy DMG Cartridges w/ Label (USA)

Greetings! I'm selling Gameboy DMG cartridges w/ a custom label attached from Dominator. gbzcarts.jpg These are a great addition to any GBZ build, and is going to add so much character to your upcoming build. Re: Share your GB's Labels

Here's one. I'm currently working on an N64-themed gameboy using Kite's Circuit Sword, so I figured a custom label to go along with it would be fun :D

Re: My First Gameboy Zero

isaakrydel do you have any more pictures of the inside of your build? I'm doing one with the same build and trying to figure out the best placement of all the parts. Unfortunately, I don't. :/ I sold it awhile back. My placement of the parts wasn't very good anyways. It caused shorting out every no...

Re: My First Gameboy Zero

I've only used tinkerBOY's simple common ground PCB, but I really enjoyed how he had power and audio routed through it. His other boards make things even easier! This is a very nice first build. How do you like that screen bracket, I have seen that one on thingiverse, but have not tried it. Do you ...

My First Gameboy Zero

I know it's nothing special, but here's my first GBZ. I'm very much a beginner when it comes to working with electronics, so I'm super pleased I got this thing working. The TinkerBoy board I used made everything 10x easier. IMG_1775.JPG IMG_1774.JPG IMG_1768.JPG It's my goal to make a PI3 gameboy ne...

Re: [NEW VERSION] Sota's 14 buttons + optional up to 2 analog sticks guide for a Leonardo Pro Micro (Teensy alternative)

Hey Sota! I really appreciate your guide, it's been a lot of help to me! But, I'm getting an error on Arduino when I program gamecontroller.ino to my Leonardo Pro Micro clone (the same blue one you have). Here's the error: Gamecontroller:13: error: 'Bounce' does not name a type Gamecontroller:14: er...
