Re: HOW TO: Original GB Jack + Speaker setup
Yes with this setup the speakers are on until you insert headphones. The plug actually trips the internal switch and cuts the signal to the speakers so it will only play sound from the headphones. The only disadvantage I've had so far is using the 10K pot, a large portion of the dial is useless beca...

Re: Which emulator have you guys had the most success with?
I played a fair bit of Chrono Trigger and at times I get a weird slow down. The audio stutters a bit then goes back to normal. I'm wondering if it's just getting too hot. Haven't been able to reliably replicate it so far. I did some rewiring to give as much room for the Pi as possible, here's hoping...

Re: Need help! My Screen board doesn't match
Have you connected it to anything yet? I don't see any cables on it, is there a connector that is missing? You should also link the URL where you got the screen from.

Which emulator have you guys had the most success with?
So I've tested a few of the emulators and for the most part they are running fine. A few of the emulators seem to have random slow downs at certain points in the game however. Specifically SNES, the default PocketSNES emulator seems to have lots of issues. The other ones run fine but the sound quali...

Re: Desoldiering help
Are you trying to get the wire out or a new wire in? Sometimes a bit more solder is the key. Heat transfers much more easily through solder than the soldering iron alone. Put a tiny bit more solder onto the hole, you should see it bubble up a bit, it'll be much easier to make contact with the solder...

Re: USB Audio Wiring Diagram
For those of you using USB DAC for sound. Can you confirm that when plugging in HDMI, that it automatically switches to the sound on the HDMI and then when pulling out, it switches back to USB DAC automatically? I don't think it does. There might need to be a bit of tweaking to get it to switch in ...
