I'm trying to build a mini hdmi male to hdmi male but it's not working. i previously built a hdmi male to hdmi male and it worked perfectly.

Are you sure the pinouts are the same for mini HDMI ? Is there any diagram ?

i tried this and it didn't work neither. Actually I just realized that it doesn't work even with a 12v adapter... I tested with a multimeter, the tension is here but i can't turn the screen on. i soldered the red and black wires from an usb cable and plugged the usb to a 5v adapter (phone charger) but that didn't do anything

i tried this on the DC12+ground port AND also on the 5v+ground port you can see on the back o f the board
