It’s definitely a pcb failure
put a wire from teensy ground wire to the down pin and it recognised the input instantly.

Just checked resistance and I have 0.2-0.5 ohms on the down circuit on the pcb. I have multiple points I can check from and they are all reading this.

Nice one thanks, I’ve followed wermys parts list fairly strictly. I have a teensy but I have the pi zero w. So will still need the hub. Thanks for your help.
