Re: Easy way to setup the controller buttons via GPIO

Question: I followed another sudomod poster's wiring diagram and would like to edit my configuration. My only issue is when I try to edit my cfg file it's totally blank. I don't know if it just didn't include anything in said file or if I got a bad install file or something else entirely. Is there a...

Followed all the scripts I've found to get it to work and nothing. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Goose egg. Didn't really h...

Software troubles

Alrighty. Got everything somewhat sorted out and I'm about to wire the controller pcb, but before I go into that I'm having a bit of an issue. Got my retropie card set up. I know it isn't corrupted (used it on my Pi 2 just to be sure), but after everything starts up and the "RetroPie" splash screen ...

Re: Been A While, But I'm Back With A New Inquiry

SO. Had too many issues the TFT screen, so I bought a back-up camera monitor. I've disassembled it and I seem to have one of the umpteen million variations of controller board. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Does anyone know how to convert this particular monitor from 12v to 5v? As always, any help is appreciated. Thanks, folk...

I think you'll need to specify a specific hdmi mode within your boot/config.txt Have a look here - https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentati ... t/video.md

Sent forget to correctly specify your resolution AND ratio.
Alrighty. I'll give that a shot.

I have read that it may also be caused by the vram setting being too low to load big themes, try to hard change your theme or raise your vram and boot again.
Is there any particular way I should go about raising my vram setting? I'm a complete noob when it comes to this kinda stuff.
