I made a Gameboy zero almost 2 years ago and it was rough for a first attempt. I have worked on that one to make something different that may not be what most would expect.
First the original first attempt. completely analog buttons and a 2.4" TFT. No Audio.

The TFT uses GPIO18 for the Screen function, might be why I Don't get Audio. I'll take what I learned here and use it for further projects. (I currently have several in the works)

Retrogame will not install
Working on another gameboy zero with the BW screen. trying to install the GPIO option. Followed the How to guide and since i am using retropie 4.3 it doesn't have Adafruit-Retrogame on it and when i try to use the curl command to get it, the file displays the code but doesn't actually download the p...

Apparently 4.3 doesn't have an Adafruit-Retrogame directory. any other suggestions on how i can get the directory added so i can add the GPIO file into one.

I do manage to get a crackle when the GBZ is turned on so i'm getting something to the Speakers.

Managed to crash it after adding PWM code in to it and had to start over, it wouldn't boot up or load the display.
