Re: USB Audio works on PC, static noise on raspberry
Any help? It would help if someone could check what Audio his build has, if it's 'Intel Corp' or something else, also where you bought your USB Audio would help as well

Re: USB works with cable but not when soldered onto the hub
Did you ever figure this out? I have tried 3 hubs and have the same exact issue. With a fourth hub I tried something different. It works fine out of the box if I plug it into my laptop. I de-soldered the 5v and GND in from the input cable. I then hooked soldered the PowerBoost to these two spots on...

Re: USB Audio works on PC, static noise on raspberry
Ok, so I bought a new Raspberry and a new USB Audio card, still I have the same problem. The Audio is connected with an OTG cable to the raspberry's micro usb port; I just don't know what the problem could be? When I research, I found most people's card say "C-media", mine says "Intel Corp.". I don'...

Try the setup that TinkerBoy has provided (via his link)...
It's a little simpler to setup, and is more up to date...

Re: USB Audio works on PC, static noise on raspberry
could you show (with images ideally) what your setup is (how you have it wired up) also when you say "set my sound card as default", what have you actually done..... Here is a schematic: https://i.imgur.com/QbdTAir.png I used this guide to set it as default: https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic....

USB Audio works on PC, static noise on raspberry
Hello,
when I connect my Audio with setup (usb dac, amp, speaker) to my PC, it works perfectly. When I connect it to my raspberry, I only hear static noise. I set my sound card as default already.
Anything I could try?

Re: USB works with cable but not when soldered onto the hub
try swapping the green and the white wires over on the hub...... Hey, I tried that but it didn't work. Here are some more images: https://imgur.com/a/rTAST Like I said, it works if I use a regular USB cable and just plug it into the hub, so I guess I wired something wrong or I forgot something
