I have found the solution to this. You need to edit this config file:
change this:
to this:
reboot and mame4all should now launch

I am having a problem with the full size USB-A port on the back board of my circuit sword. It is no longer recognizing any of my usb devices. It was working fine before, as I was able to enter my wifi password and transfer some roms. Now it won't respond to keyboard button presses and when I plug in...
