Power USB hub directly from source
Hello everyone, As I am starting to get all the components, I got my USB hub but, for my surprise, it can't have more than 2 devices plugged in. I believe this is due to power limitations of the pi zero. So, I wonder if, when I start playing with its guts, I could wire Vcc and ground to the output o...

Now I have to wait for the shell to arrive, as well as other 3 more screens :D (This happens when you buy the components for a friend, ask for a refund to the sellers and get in total 5 screens, 2 not working, 2 ...

Sure.
http://i.imgur.com/MC5exUq.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ORxBFFN.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ZABk72r.jpg
I didn't follow the color conventions due to some mess up. I'm using a 5V 1A power source for the raspberry. EDIT: Although it can seem that V+ and ground are touch...

Screen problems
Well, after discarding a faulty screen, my bad luck goes on. With the new screen, recomended by @Brenda, I have a new problem. It works somehow, but for a second, as shown in the video.

I've reflashed the SD card with no luck. Can anyone give some help?

Re: Collecting information on alternative displays - please contribute
@Brenda, I got today the screen you posted. Could you tell the specs of the power suply you used? I'm asking as it hasn't worked for me yet :S. Thanks in advance. What do you mean by power supply specs? Just wire all of the four wires to the raspberry pi and it should work. It is the same procedure...
