To be honest... my soldering equipment sucks... it is the cheapest you can find... its good enough to solder 2 soda cans together but for such tiny things its not adequat

Got a multimeter and here are the results:

need to find somebody who has it.

I checked it MANY times before I posted here my issue with the board.
But yes, I´ve done it again with the same result.
There are no bent pins, neither the CS nor the backboard.
