I was soldering my wire to my raspberry pi 0, and it popped off! I'm not sure what to do. And, I know how to solder (But thats beside the point.)

Can you use a Adafruit Mono 2.5W Class D Audio Amplifier - PAM8302 amp instead of the usb one? Just wondering if it could pack enough juice.

I think 30 or 40 dollars limit would be good, I think some things like wires, or tins shouldn't be counted (most people have that already). Is there any reason for it being thinner than an average PCB (I.e raspberry pi thickness/powerboost)? It seems that you had space when designing it.

How fragile is the main board? If I leave my soldering Iron on for too long (3-5 seconds) will it break? Just curious. Thanks!
