Since no one answered to help me I found out alone the resolution! Most of the screens boards has a back side... when I turned the back side I find this!
5v port with ground close by! So no modification is needed to make the 12v to 5v! The screen now is crystal clear (photo2)

It’s my second screen I tried and face the same problem! I have to mention that I tested the screen before I open it and it worked perfectly fine! Check the photos and please help me! Raspberry pi zero might have a problem ... I don’t know!
