You were right .. I was traced the lines with multimeter and i was thinking that i was right with the cables .. But i use a fixed micro usb cable and the pro micro worked..

Thanks @rodocop for your answer ... Sorry was the wrong photo this is the correct .. i didn't make the cable that Tinkerboy suggest but the pins i have connect is the same like this one with cable... I find weird that when i switch on the power from the beginning all the leds on the pro micro stays ...

Measure the voltage of the battery it might be a bad battery. The board will not output the proper voltage if there is no battery present or the battery is faulty. Try another charged battery to be sure it's the PSU and not your battery. I have already try three different battery packs (that works ...
